You answer but it's silent on the handset?
Sometimes there may be technical disturbances on the telecommunications network or in the system despite the fact that we use very modern technology that is almost error-free. The large amount of calls that we handle during a year can sometimes result in a "silent call" which means that the call has been wrongly connected, even though there is no one available with us who can answer.
